HOW IT WORKS
Phone Consultation
The initial 20-min phone consultation between you and your dedicated home buyer specialist to discuss your build needs, budget and any questions you may have and to see if we our a good fit for each other.
Borrowing Capacity Check
Our Finance Team will calculate how much you can borrow and how much you can comfortably and realistically afford to repay. This gives us and you the confidence that we can select the perfect home, builder, package, area and land for you.
Packaging
We start the process of delving deeper into your requirements. Firstly we source land, "land is king". Next we visit our builders display homes with you, allowing you get a feel for the home you’re purchasing so that we can choose the perfect house plan.
Contract & Finance
You know it’s really happening when it’s time to sign the contracts. Depending on the Builder chosen, this process will usually take 1-2 weeks from payment of the initial deposit. Depending on your land title date, you will either wait or apply for finance approval at this stage.
Construction
This is the exciting part when the slab goes down and construction on your new home begins. Depending on your builder construction usually begins 30 days after finance is pre-approved.
Move-In
Congratulations, it’s move in day! Your new home should be completed within 12 months of land settlement, including council approvals (approx. 3 months).
